Winamp is poor for listening to WMA or Ogg streams. I have been told that display of metadata for WMA and Ogg streams is just a feature that hasn't been implemented. I specifically remember it used to work for Ogg streams, but they decided to de-implement that feature. Gee, I wonder why.
Windows Media Player just isn't good for bookmarking channels.
So, is there a better player out there?
P.S. WMA 10 has made WMA a very relevant audio codec. You can boost quality without having to crank up the bit rate or pay the Europeans big $ for AAC. |
