Be warned, those who haven't read the books, there are major spoilers in the track titles for the new Harry Potter 7.5 score. I also ran into (harmless, at least under Linux) pop ups at the site. jeff sdg

It's official: Desplat is the winner of the "Composer of the Year" Award at the 11th World Soundtrack Awards (Kuipke, Ghent). A 'hattrick' according to the Belgian public broadcast, as it's already the third time for Desplat to take the WSA award home. Congratulations, Mr. Desplat. This has already been posted in the SST FB group a while ago, but I figured it was worth sharing here too.

On December 6 2018, Alexandre Desplat conducted the French National Orchestra. The program included Valerian, The King's Speech, Girl with a Pearl Earring, Shape of Water, and Harry Potter, among others. Make sure to catch the encore as well Smile
