During the Ghent Filmfestival (October 11 - October 22) will be the 11th World Soundtrack Awards be presented. This is on Saturday October 22nd.
Elliot Goldenthal, Howard Shore and Hans Zimmer will be guests at 11th World Soundtrack Awards.
Following the annual presentation of the prestigious film music awards, the Brussels Philharmonic – the Orchestra of Flanders - will perform a singular selection from the three great masters’ extensive oeuvres conducted by Dirk Brossé. As always, the live music will be accompanied by striking film footage.

StreamingSoundTracks.COM will organize a gathering on saturday october 22nd. First we will meet somewhere in the city and after a quick visit we go to 't Kuipke where the evening event will take place. at Location and Time of the meet will be announced later. Ticket prices €27, €37 or €47.
Please let us know by posting in this thread if you are coming and if you need a ticket say which one you prefer.
We gather at Ghent Marriott Hotel, Dabstraat, 9000 Ghent, Belgium on 10:30 AM

Of course I want to go.
I don't care on what chair i'll sit. But it will be nice to sit with the sst-group together.

Plans are that SST will have a promotional stand at the venue. So I will be there anyhow.
If stand is to be manned I'll probably not be joining any evening dinner (or it must be early) with the group. But for the rest of the day I'll gladly join you all.

I'd like to go and Tonks wants too.
We would be interested in the best possible seats (close to the stage) but of course I second what Girlfriend says: sitting together with SST group is the most important priority!

we definitely want to go, but it all depends on the money to be spent and well... if i get the days off at work

My bf and me would love to go there too, but it is not 100% certain yet. As we had rather bad seats last year at the JB concert, I'd prefer the best category available this time. So like joshrob asked: Till when do we have to decide?

I'll have to email the Filmfestival committee anyhow, so I'll ask if it's possible to make an option for a groupticket. I don't expect the concert to be sold out (it wasn't last year) but if we all agree on premium seating we better try to secure some.
