Donno if this was asked before, but can it not be added in the playlist, that you see who has requested a certain song?

I'd say let it be an OPTION for the person requesting to say either
1) I'd like to request anonymously
2) Sure, show my name

What the heck are you requesting that you don't want anyone else to know about?

You're our closet "Eye of the Tiger" fan, aren't you?

We dont need this functionality. For all the people I know, I can guess who picked the song. It spoils the fun if the names are shown :-)

I vote for the option to request anonymously or have your name shown. It's worth a shot. I wouldn't mind having my name next to a really good song, so everyone would go, "Wow! That Zack has good taste! I wish I was him!"

The only reason to have an "anonymous option" in the request system would be to cater to self-conscious fools and those abusing the request system.

No offense boys, but have some balls.

Just put the name up on the request..no anonymous option. You dont want your named associated with a post, dont request it. If you want to request something, then be proud of it and dont hide in the shadows..I agree with Cocles.

I'm fine with showing names of who requests what.
It'll prove I don't _always_ request Star Wars *grin*

And, I can see why those requesting Transformers and Spirit might want to request anonymously (though we kinda already know who you are)

I'd say try it out and if people who request "unpopular" tracks start getting harrassed, then that would be a problem.

Or maybe that the ones who pick MR all the time would get harassed. lol
