If I'm counting correctly, Elfman is still in the game.
Hence, I'll vote for Goldsmith. _________________ Music is not just made of sounds. It is also made of silence. |

Cage: Danny Elfman gives Jerry Goldsmith some hard elbow shots. Goldsmith doesn't seem fazed though. He grabs Elfman's head and pounds it into the corner turnbuckle.
Hisaishi: Look at Desplat! He's doomed!
Cage: Elmer Bernstein clotheslines Alexandre Desplat so hard that they both go over the ropes! Bernstein can't break his fall! He's out! Desplat holds on, he's still in.
Hisaishi: What a close call for Desplat.
Cage: Goldsmith irish whips Elfman to the ropes toward Desplat.......Elfman's out! Elfman's out!
Hisaishi: What happened!?
Cage: Desplat pulled down on the top rope as he was trying to get back into the ring. Elfman went sailing over the short wall and out to the floor. We're down to two men now! Alexandre Desplat and Jerry Goldsmith!
Hisaishi: The crowd is on their feet! This is it!
Cage: Goldsmith with a headlock. And then a headbutt. Desplat is on the ground in the fetal position. Goldsmith goes in for the kill. Desplat surprises him with a low blow! The crowd didn't like that. Desplat drags him toward the ropes. He's trying to throw him out. Goldsmith is hanging on to that top rope with a death grip.
Hisaishi: If he can't hold on, it will be the death of him.
Cage: The crowd is getting behind Goldsmith. The cheers are getting louder. Goldsmith is feeding off the energy. Desplat seems to be struggling now. Goldsmith....with a back elbow strike....knocks Desplat away!
Hisaishi: He has the bandana out again. Oh no. Do you think?
Cage: Rambo Rage is back! Goldsmith is shaking the ropes like the Ultimate Warrior. Desplat hits him but no effect. Goldsmith shakes the ropes faster. Desplat still can't hurt him. Goldsmith grabs Desplat by the throat......lifts him high over his head.....leaps high into the air......and slams Desplat all the way through the ground! They'll feel that earthquake all the way to Tokyo. This match is over! Jerry Goldsmith is victorious!
2011 SST Royal Rumble Champion: Jerry Goldsmith!
Cage: Here comes the eight-foot tall trophy. Goldsmith graciously accepts his prize. Time for a victory pose. The flashbulbs are going off all over the arena. This is a historic moment and a great photo opportunity. We're going to sign off now. For Joe Hisaishi, this is Johnny Cage saying so long.......hold on a minute! What the....Joe! What are you doing?! Joe Hisaishi has run into the ring and attacked Jerry Goldsmith! What a cheap shot! Joe, what are you doing?! Joe hit Jerry with the announcers mike and now Jerry is bleeding like a pig in the middle of the ring. Somebody stop him! Joe has the trophy in his hand now. He's not going to do what I think he's......noooooooo! He threw the trophy down into the mat and now he's using his foot to smash it into pieces. I can't believe what I'm seeing. Goldsmith is helpless to do anything. Hisaishi grabs one of the broken pieces and smashes it over Goldsmith's head. This is a travesty. Somebody do something. The crowd is stunned. They are in complete shock and so am I. Hisaishi is continuing the assault. Hold on....the crowd is erupting into cheers again now.....here comes Harry Gregson-Williams! Gregson-Williams has come back and to the aid of Jerry Goldsmith. Hisaishi high-tails it out of the ring and runs back to the dressing room. Yeah, go ahead and run you big coward. You make me sick. Gregson-Williams is motioning for him to come back and fight him like a man. Hisaishi wants no part of it. Gregson-Williams goes to check on the condition of Jerry Goldsmith. He looks hurt bad. We're out of time, folks!

Official press release from the SSTWF:
Due to a program overrun, last night's Royal Rumble show had to go off the air prematurely, leaving home audiences with an unresolved cliffhanger. SSTWF journalists have obtained an official statement from Jerry Goldsmith's representatives.
Ladies and gentlemen: As you all know by now, Mr. Goldsmith was victimized by a vicious attack immediately following his Royal Rumble victory. He has suffered minor injuries, but is expected to make a full recovery in the upcoming weeks. Furthermore, Mr. Goldsmith wished to send a personal message to Joe Hisaishi, the man responsible for the injuries.
"You drew first blood. Nothing is over. Nothing."

No problem
I should have paid more attention to what I was doing.
BTW: isn't cheating an important part of wrestling anyway? :p

BTW: It's probably easy to guess, but I'd like to have more than 5 votes per composer allowed next year _________________ <i>"The piano keys are black and white,
