Was the Ultimatum "Extreme Ways" ever in the playlist? (I did not remove it.) When I remove redundant tracks, I usually add a note about it in the Review section below the track list. |
Yes it was in the playlist and yes it is a different 'version' of the music even though it is basically the same song. |

I do not own the Bourne albums (yet) but I have Extreme ways version on the 18 album
As far as I can remember that one and the one on Supremacy are the same.
I have never heard the remix version on Ultimatum _________________ That's the beauty of music. They can't take that away from you. (Andy Dufresne)

You're not missing anything. It seems that they took a nice song and "overproduced" it, adding "backup singer" vocals, etc.

I agree with J2Brown, the Supremacy version is the better version Plus the Supremacy score is the best score as well _________________ "My Logic is Undeniable" - I, Robot |

Well now we have three versions of 'La Petite Fille De La Mer' On the Millions score, the Themes of Vangelis score and the newly acquired score for the actual film. They are all the same as far as ive heard and i think just the original release, now that we have it, should be the only track in the playlist. My thoughts on the matter though...just bringing it up... _________________ The right song can turn an emperor into a laughing stock, can bring down dynasties. One track that I'm guessing can be a redundant one is "Who Am I?" by Peace Orchestra.
Same title, same artist, two different albums:
The Animatrix
Memento
But maybe they are different versions of the song - I'm not sure. Just wanted to share my guess. _________________ <i>"The piano keys are black and white,

the memento version is different than the animatrix one. The animatrix one is longer and thus is a different mix of the song. But its up to the mods if they are different enough...forgot about that one though mol! _________________ The right song can turn an emperor into a laughing stock, can bring down dynasties. Cats on Mars (track 4) from Cowboy Bebop - Vitaminless, is a duplicate of Cats on Mars (track 6) from Cowboy Bebop Volume 2. |

JERIC and I went through all 4 discs and only added tracks that aren't currently on the site. Could you be more specific about which ones are redundant? _________________ "I have *many* skills." -Xena |

"This is a Tale..." - Babe (Nigel Westlake)
and
"Main Title" - Iron Will. (Joel McNeely)
Both tracks are found on their respective original albums and the Varese Sarabande 25th set. _________________ "You have been chosen to represent Earth in Mortal Kombat. Be warned.
