I enjoy writing free verse. NO rules in that kind of poetry. Here is my long number. I was in the parking lot at Lowes Hardware store last weekend. I had a good time.
Someone else wants to write .. do not feel like you need as many numbers.. stop where you wish.. no rules in free verse!
Pi @ Lowes Parking Lot
Sitting At Lowes
Waiting
He went in but,
OH,
Will he come out soon?
One man came out in an electric wheel chair.
Two men
backed up .. beeep beeep beep beep
Loaded a Shinning Green Deer.
Look over there!
rows and rows of flowers, plants and shrubs.
In her cart, a new silver garbage can!
Low ..rumble growling sounds as a man walks by
riding lawn mowers.
Children running
through the shrubs.
That man could have gone to any store
in town to shop.
He got was a bottle of cleaning liquid.
Hardware store more macho.
Rolling big blue flatbed cart full.
Screen doors
Cans of paint, brushes, pans, dropcloth.
Fence posts and wire.
Good new stuff.
Tie them down.
None flies away before they get it home.
Cars pull away.
Empty carts.
Lots of work to do to make
our homes look so pretty and almost new again.
Just a few moments at
Tacoma Lowes
money, and good times, and all is right.
However,there are two women with nothing in
Their hands, too bad.
Why?
Guess they were just looking today, checking it out.
There go two women and a man walking.
Those
Two women are racing in wheelchairs!
Tim went into Lowes with a broken weed wacker.
He is returning
With a new one, in a new box, smiles!
Good policy, did it work? Nope. ok fine, Sir.
Take new One.
A good day was had by all.

I was wondering what you were going to do with the zero, Cinder. This paints a realistic and funny picture. You should have gone inside and looked at light fixtures and ceiling fans until he was done. 
I've been sitting here for half an hour working on a rhymer, but I'm only coming up with ridiculousness. |
