The Banquet isn't a score I am all too fond of, but I did find two videos on youtube where Tan Dun and Lang Lang (pianist) talk about the score to the movie "The Banquet" that was pretty interesting...

I had an awesome time watching Tan Dun during his concert at 3. Film Music Festival in Kraków this year. He is outstanding composer, and has great personality. It was pleasure to meet him and his music and to see him conducting the orchestra with great passion.
Here is one of the pieces he presented at the festival:
