Hi everyone,
A few days ago, a petition for an official complete score release of Hans Zimmer's The Lion King has been started.
(It's not me who started it, by the way)
The Lion King Complete Score Petition
I know it's very hard to move Disney, but it's better to try than do nothing.
So if you can, please take a look and consider signing 
Also I hope, if it proves successful, Disney Records would start to consider releasing other Disney scores.
For example, Goldsmith's Mulan, Silvestri's Lilo & Stitch, Mancina's Tarzan/Brother Bear, or live-action movies like White Fang (Poledouris), and so on. Maybe it's unlikely, but I still have hope...
Anyway I love The Lion King score so much (see my username!  ), so I hope Disney Records would change their mind!

Hrm. If this worked, I think the next thing they should release would be the Mulan score, definitely. What's on the commercial album is criminally short, and the bootleg is, well, a bootleg. I'd love to hear the whole thing.

I agree. I don't like the stripped down Disney soundtracks either.

I love this score and find it a shame it was never given an official released, so I have signed it as well. ^^ I really hope they do release it someday.
