Hi all fellow NUT questers out there in the wonderful SST land!
In case, you're wondering why the NUT list grew with well over 100 albums this past weekend (May 16-18 ). Well, I was bored, and probably suffering from a temporary mental disorder and I started going through the playlist looking for hiding NUTs. I found many new NUTs not in the list from the "I" and "L" sections, and several scattered ones from other letters also.
So, that's the explanation. There may still be unplayed tracks in other albums as well. I did not go carefully trough the whole playlist, but still a large part of it.
So have fun with the NUT hunting and playing!
Let's keep the queue interesting and varied.
Cheers,
GalFin |

I could do with "Suggest A Random NUT" button next to "Suggest A Random Track" one _________________ <i>"The piano keys are black and white,

Yes that would be nice
Maybe this would help

Enter as maximum value the current number of albums on the list and you will get a number for the album. Then you can do it for the number of unplayed tracks on that album _________________ That's the beauty of music. They can't take that away from you. (Andy Dufresne)

While reading our chat log I came across this dialog:
15 Jun 08 - 11:04 > jadedtitan: yes, hope it does!
15 Jun 08 - 11:03 > BuyerQueen: let's hope it works
15 Jun 08 - 11:02 > jadedtitan: yea thats a really good idea Smile will certainly help the hunt for sure!
15 Jun 08 - 11:01 > BuyerQueen: Isn't that a good idea? . It should help a little and also keeps SAM from requesting people's favorite tracks when they aren't listening
15 Jun 08 - 11:00 > jadedtitan: oooooo awesome!
15 Jun 08 - 11:00 > BuyerQueen: JERIC is going to try to make SAM only request NUTs when the queue is so low that it has to request.
15 Jun 08 - 10:57 > jadedtitan: hello BQ
15 Jun 08 - 10:57 > BuyerQueen: Hello again SST
Wow even JERIC tries to help with NUT chasing
Spoiler: Thanks BQ for the idea! |

To make SAM supporting the NUT chase is neat idea!
Thanks for heads-up Dragon-fly!
BTW: It would be nice to make SAM putting "NUT" message next to its requests in the queue too _________________ <i>"The piano keys are black and white,

I now have SAM programmed to queue the "least played" tracks. Keep in mind that SAM obeys the playlist rules too (artist/album in queue) so you may notice tracks that have been played before that are selected by System/Admin (SAM). _________________ "Are you not entertained? Absolutely fabulous! - To quote from one of my favourite past British tv comedies...
Actually I noticed this morning that SAM had requested mostly NUTs and wondered if the programming had been changed, and it was. Wonderful!
Thank you JERIC! |

Nice feature.
Is SAM also removing the album when he request the last unplayed track? _________________ That's the beauty of music. They can't take that away from you. (Andy Dufresne)

Weeell... I don't think SAM is that evolved AI , yet... so we NUTers better check the list once in a while. Not a big problem, I'm sure... |
