I've been yelling HFC in the chat since last month but I didn't post anything here, so...

I'm in! Smile

Totoro was my first soundtrack. My parents bought it for me and my brother when we were little. I learned Joe Hisaish's name before John Williams or James Horner or Hans Zimmer Very Happy

I haven't listened to his albums so often after I've grown up, but SST reminded me how great he is. Now I'm trying to know more about him and his works.

Here are some info about his latest score, which I mentioned in the chat some while ago...

Mari to Koinu no Monogatari (A Tale of Mari and Her Puppies)

(You can hear the very Hisaish-ish music in some of the trailers. Maybe they're actual score from the movie.)

This movie is based on a true story that happened during Chuetsu Earthquake in 2004.

I think it's too early to make a movie from this story, but I want to see it, because I love cute shiba dogs! And of course, because I want to hear the score Wink
