This will be an odd request:
If you subscribe to Nintento Power right now
($19.95 US) you'll get the soundtrack to
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
http://www.nintendopower.com/zelda/
I've got no pictures, samples, or anything
else to offer.
If you're willing to subscribe and donate,
check with JERIC first and make sure he's
OK with the idea.

Target had some collector's tin on sale a few weeks ago. I had to go to a couple of them to find it. It included the soundtrack and it was about $50. I was thinking of buying it but when I saw the track list I was very disappointed to find there were only a handful of tracks. I am hoping this isn't the same CD. Is there any way we can find out what the track listing is? _________________ "Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?." -Maximus

According to the website,
Quote: |
The Zelda: Twilight Princess Soundtrack CD includes the following tracks:
The Legend of Zelda: Orchestra Piece #2
Hyrule Field Main Theme
Odron Village
Kakariko Village
Death Mountain
Midna's Theme
Ilia's Theme |
& according to google, it's exactly the same soundtrack as the one sold with a 1/6 scale replica Hylian Sword and Shield.

Bummer. I think the chances are pretty good that we'll see a full release, maybe even a 2CD version come out in 2007. So I think we should hold out for now. _________________ "Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?." -Maximus

Sure
As reported in another website, this version of the soundtrack is only 15 minutes long! _________________ "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe" - Blade Runner |

I'm all for waiting. However, if somebody already owns it perhaps they're willing to donate it, knowing that it will be upgraded later.

I donated an expanded version of this title (new for the HD game re-release to Wii U) so it should be added here soon. It has 20 tracks for a running time of 53 minutes so considerably better than the first release from 2006.
For future reference, Nintendo is notorious about their game soundtrack releases – either short playlists on promos available only thru their club or some other exclusive outlet, or a short limited pressing with no reprints, etc., and that's if they publish something at all. Alas I have run into it before. :/ If they release something you might want, it's best to grab it when you see it because they may never offer better... or else they'll make you wait a decade first. |
