I thought it would be cool to do the same thing we are doing in the Soundtracks Forum for movies, so I will kick it off with what I think is a toughy:
Gladiator OR Braveheart |

dang it nate, that's not fair!! making me choose between two cute guys in skirts, two "historical" movies, and two films with great scores!
well, as much as this might get me blasted, i'm gonna go with braveheart. gotta go with my scottish ancestors. FREEDOM!
ok, my turn now. spin-off of my score question:
willy wonka or charlie and the chocolate factory? _________________ Keep smiling. It makes people wonder what you're up to. |

Ok, Johnny Depp movies...
Pirates of the Caribbean or Sleepy Hollow

Wow, that's a hard one. I'm going to have to go with Finding Nemo.
Ok, here's one with movies featuring Kurt Russell. Stargate or Escape from New York? |

Uff, that one isn't easy either, asri...
Considering that Sean Connery is just an awesome icon, I'd take "The Rock", but with reservation...

Signs all the way. The village wasn't as well executed in my opinion. Kind of dull.
James Bond duel:

Ouch... another hard one...
I'm such a huge Brosnan fan, but Man with a Golden Gun is totally the best of the two!
Hmmm... how about kid movies?
Harry Potter or Liminy Snicket? _________________ "Diaper backward spells repaid. Think about it." ~ Marshall McLuhan |

Lemony Snicket. ok against the grain. Harry Potter was interesting, but the Lemony was one of the those movies that made you go wow. I also loved the music and Lemony actually entertained all of my nephews and nieces.
Ok, star trek movies.
Star trek-first contact or star trek insurrection. |

Oh man... Star Trek First Contact was vastly superior.
Ok, contemporary comedies... Anchorman or Dodgeball? |
