I had an idea for a different kind of theme day. This is more of a game, or even an oversized train submission.
The goal is to submit tracks that have an actor in common with the preceding track, as in the "Kevin Bacon game."
So, for example, as each user submits a new track, they put the name of the actor they are using to link in the comments. Something like this:

| Star Wars | (starts the game) | | Raiders of the Lost Ark | Harrison Ford | | Lord of the Rings | John Rhys Davies | | X-Men | Ian McKellen | | Star Trek: TNG | Patrick Stewart | | Ghost | Whoopi Goldberg |
...and so on.
I'm not really sure if this fits the usual Theme Day structure. It could easily be something people just do in chat for fun too. But I figured this was one way to propose it.
Oh, if it was made an official Theme Day, I'd propose either International Bacon Day (September 2) or Kevin Bacon's birthday (July 8 ). |

I think your idea has a lot of potential to become a fun and engaging theme day. With some minor tweaks to address potential drawbacks, this could be a great way to promote community engagement and music discovery.
