Wow. I have a friend who is a recording engineer for film and TV and a budding composer. I hadn't really thought about the lack of a 'human resources' department one could complain to about such things. We can hope for change, I suppose, and those in this sector of the industry will need to fight for it while their careers are on the line. Thanks for sharing, LadyInque!
