Here's another easy reference list for series titles in the listening library, this time for animated (fully or partially) Disney films. Because it's such a large theme set, with different composers for each title spanning decades, I decided to skip text labels here and stick with album cover thumbnails only. They're grouped below in chronological order.
Notes:
- Titles are theatrical releases specifically from Walt Disney Animation Studios or WD Pictures – not other lines under Disney such as MovieToons, Skellington, etc.
- Remember this isn't a "complete" Disney list but a reference for what this station has available to request. Not every animated film has seen a modern soundtrack release, and/or SST may not have it.

Mojo, this is the large theme set, indeed. Taking into account that Disney was buying and selling the other movie companies over the years that would be a long list. After all, they own Lucasfilm, Marvel, 20th Century Fox (and then the majority of National Geographic Partners), The Muppets Studios ...
As you’re focused on animations I found Lava, a Disney/Pixar short movie is missing here. The Muppets and Muppets Most Wanted don’t fit your set, I suppose. |

Right, martino – the intent was not to include everything Disney has ever had a hand in. That's why I noted in the original post that this was specifically for animated features from the main studios. (I did make a Marvel list in a separate thread, but that's the only other Disney-related one I've done.)
At 7 minutes the Lava short doesn't exactly match the "feature" length Pixar titles, but I can go ahead and add it here, sure.
But no, I wouldn't include Muppets here because they aren't animation. |
