Hello, I just realised that if I ever ask this question somewhere, this might be the place where it's most likely for someone to know the answer. 
Does anyone by any chance recognise the soundtrack in this video (and know what it's from  )? The video was made by my father, but I think he forgot himself. It isn't in his film music collection, or I'd have known, as I've listened to his collection a lot.
I thought it might be royalty-free music that was provided by the video editor? It can't be from the YouTube library, as my father didn't use YouTube yet at this time (and I'm not sure if it even existed (the music library, I mean, YouTube did exist, but wasn't yet owned by Google)).
It doesn't sound high-quality enough to be score music, maybe... I'm really not sure. But it doesn't hurt to share it here, and see if anyone might recognise it!

Doesn't sound familiar to me, but have you tried online music-matching services like https://www.acrcloud.com/identify-songs-music-recognition-online?
Note: I've never tried this one, but it looks like a reasonable option.
