We can find only american film scored by Desplat, and not those before he gets there.
I would love to have more and more Desplat to listen to, but if I would have only one to choose, it'll be "Une chance sur deux".
It's a french comedy with a huge orchestral theme and good rythmic sessions for the action parts. That's with this score that I discovered Desplat's work. 
I don't know if this score is easily available in the U.S.A. |

Do you have links to more information, and maybe even samples?
If you can buy it and ship it, then it can be included at SST.
Before you go through all that trouble, though,
it's best to make sure it will be included.
The best way to do that is to provide us more
information here and build support for it.
See the sticky at the top of this forum for
more ideas.

I definitely feel like this would be a worthy addition to the SST playlist. I am a huge fan of Desplat and this is one of his earlier works with some good action music. Definitely voted yes!

I found this as a used cd from a German seller on amazon.co.uk market place for about 28 € (with postage), so I ordered it for SST. ( I think my album donation quota is full for this month ) |
