Yeah, Canadian women are the considerate ones (they're great to have around)... we Canadian men tend toward the beer swilling, hockey-loving redneck type...
At least, that's the stereotype, and who am I to argue with it? |

lol. i believe the correct term is hoser (sp?). although, if a lumberjack is the only stereotype we have for Canadian men today, then there are a lot of guys out there that are not being classified. |

speaking of Canada: my friends have sunburns already.... that is NOT supposed to happen. it is frickin' April! and frickin' Canada! and the only reason i am down here on the computer now is because i'm waiting for my own sunscreen to set in. (the thought of burnt, disgusting red skin in the back of my mind wouldn't leave me alone, and finally, i couldn't study anymore. i had to come in and set myself up with some lotion.) But bloody h*ll, can you say "ozone depletion"? |

And now I'm sunburned!
That's dumb. Well, ok, not really burned, just ever so slightly pinked - like a salmon. True, that most people wouldn't notice, but I can feel the hot. But yah, no sooner do I bring up this sunburn business when my sister and father turn up burned at my place. This whole sun business is getting out of hand. *glances around suspiciously* You all watch out now. Let my foretold skin cancer be a lession to you all. As Luhrman would say, "don't forget the sunscreen". |

Sorry to hear about the burn, Trick...
And yes, I believe that "hoser" is the correct spelling... as for the other stereotypes, perhaps you'd like to give us some of the ones that you've come up with... |

Actually, I'm not too great with Canadian stereotypes....I'm still new to it, in a way. I haven't yet got my mind around the concept, (or non-concept j/k)that is Canada. In simple, I don't understand Canada yet. |
