Hi. Forgive me for referring to myself in the third person, there.
I am going through a rough time. It's my last month at my job, and then I'm quitting and don't know what's going to happen next. At the same time, my health has been bothering me. I don't want to go into details, and it's nothing that will kill me or require major surgeries, but it's chronic and sometimes it feels like I'm falling apart.
So... that's it, really. I know I'm not as involved in the community as I used to be, but I'm reaching out to you guys for some positive energy. I could use it, and I know I can count on you. |

But sure I'll send some positive feelings.

Maybe more community presence, reading and watching movies will leave you feel less falling apart.
At least that's what I do when I'm less on work or money. It will distract a little.
I haven't been much on the fora as well but that was due to a really hectic summer period for me, but now it should calm down again and I'm back to administrative botherings and looking for new clients.
So you might be able to discuss new reviews and books soon.
Furthermore I'm ploughing through all 2015 releases as I've been asked to put a TOP10 list together again.
Hold on, there are always silver linings.

sorry to hear that you're not feeling all that great.
Health issues always suck big time and I truly hope you'll be able to deal with them.

Thanks for the kind birthday wishes, mol. Yesterday was a surprisingly up-and-down one. It was my birthday, and I had my last day of work. Some students seemed determined to sour my day by being, well, not good students. I am not sad to see the back of that job, but I still don't know what comes next. |
