Here is an interview with Jeff from 2006, halfway through he talks about his work on Carnivale and more specifically for Rome which was at that point still in production. Ending it off with some notes about his work on Monk as well.

With the release of the soundtrack for the new TV-miniseries 'the Dovekeepers' I invited Jeff Beal to be one of our guests at the Krakow Filmmusic Festival.
Robert Townson (Varese) has confirmed that a physical CD will be out by that time. |

Jeff Beal was conducting his own music at Film Music Festival in Kraków (May 2015). This video clip revives great memories from the festival.
