My piece "Abschied" (Farewell) for woodwind trio & string quartett from 2009 will be performed at the Tenri Cultural Institute in New York City on June 22nd, 2014.
If you have time and are in that area, I'd be looking forward to meet you there

I'll be in New York from June 18th-23rd, as on Sunday June 22nd a composition of mine, "Abschied (Farewell" for woodwind trio & string quartet (2009), will be performed at the Tenri Cultural Center (in Manhattan).
If anyone of you should be in New York City around that time, I'd be looking forward to meet up with you or also see you at the concert

molossus,
it was awesome.
I had a really great time there, met many interesting people and it was so much fun making music outside of my university's confinements for a change.
I had a really hard time leaving, as I enjoyed it there so much
The concert itself went very good, all performing musicians liked my piece (which is always good for a performance ) and also the audience, composers as regular listeners as well, liked it as well.
So I really hope to be doing more outside Vienna in the future (both concert music and film music). _________________ If our music survives, which I have no doubt it will,

And the updates on this day don't seem to end
There's now a very nice profile and short interview of mine at a very cool online blog about new music.
