Cannot access streams using iPad/iPod devices

Never had any trouble before using WunderRadio app with the iPad/iPod but for the few days I have been unable to listen. This is very important to me because I'm always here or there listening & using earphones or connecting to speaker which picks up the signals. This is happening with both SST & EFM but not with AFM.

(the PC is OK using Itunes)

WunderRadio tries to connect to SST/EFM with a message: "loading loudcity...etc". AFM is connecting to a different place.

Also, the sites' link for VLC is affected which it never was before. That was my alternative when WunderRadio was unavailable for whatever reason. I've tried other tablet browsers as well with no luck. Is there another link available for Apple products?

Yes, I wanted to report the same: I used to listen to SST on my tablet from the link http://loudcity.com/stations/streamingsoundtracks-com/files/show/index.htm, which I guess won't work anymore as loudcity seems to have died.

Hi Caliburn, I know the page changed, but you'll see that if you try to click on either of those options it gets you to a file to download (which obviously doesn't work on an ipad), while earlier you could listen to the stream just keeping a safari tab open.

Today I found an iPad app which picks up SST (Radio Tuner) which was right in front of my nose on the listening link page if only I had opened my eyes wide enough. d'uh.

Ok I found radio tuner in the Itunes store, but cannot find streaming soundtracks listed as a station. Can you all give me some assistance please. I drove every where with SST via tune in radio.

got also problem with tunein: error 503. hope jeric can fix that as soon as possible... my logitech smart radio just plays this tunein radio stations.

Oh thanks AveD! It also says what tracks is currently played so it's quite nice...

(Just a note: the right app to download is 'Radio Tuner Free', there is another app called �RadioTuner' which is quite cool but is only for local radios)

Old thread, but my iPad has stopped letting me stream SST (which is extremely disappointing.) My iPod still works but I don�t always want the headphones in, especially if I�m knitting because yarn, needles and headphone cables = mess.

Anyone else having this problem lately, and if so, can you suggest any fixes? Possibly the next system update will fix it but I�m not willing to bet on it. Smile
