As I got a positive reaction on my email to the organisers of "Joystick 5.0" the chance of having our Scandinavian Meeting there along with the possibillity of SST promotion at these concerts has grown.

I'll leave you here with the general information and will make it official when things are more certain.

DATE: May, 31/Jun.01
Location: Malmö, Sweden
Event: JOYSTICK 5.0
Live concert of gamescores by the Malmö Symphony Orchestra
On the provisional program is music from:

- Tomb Raider
- Dead space 3
- Elder Scrolls V-Skyrim
- Halo 4
- Assasin's Creed -Revelation
- Journey
- Age of Conan

Exact program yet to be published.
If you are interested in going there, please let us know here in the forums.
The more people that are coming the more we can organize.

Unfortunately I will not be there. If it was 2 weeks later I would be there. In fact I will be, part of my North Europe Trip. I hope we can organize something together with the organizers

We want to go (Tonks, Finn, me).
Correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like there will be one concert in Malmo played twice (saturday and sunday). Or are there two different concerts planned?

If they play the same music twice, it would be good to agree on the day we want to go. We ( I mean Tonks, Finn and me) can do both (friday or saturday, maybe saturday would be a little bit more comfortable).

I booked our flight already. We will arrive in Malmo on 31st of May at 16:35 and will take off on our way back at 17:05 on June the 2nd.

Thought about it. I discussed it with Sirius. I sadly can not come because of other commitments on Saturday.

Have fun you all!

I'm going to book saturday tickets too. Organisation has not yet answered on my requests to put the stand at the venue, or give the possibilities to spread some leaflets.
Mail is on its way to a composer from the area to be a guest, nothing heared from so far neither.

As soon as I know more, I'll post it.
Molossus already warned me that tickets are selling out quickly, so anyone who fancies going there, think about it this week.

If we have a nice bunch of people gathering there, we can make a fine weekend out of it.

Great news Dutchbat!

BTW: Finn can't go with us this time. He goes to London on that weekend (shool trip).

I'm sure it sounds great Very Happy I'm often amazed when I hear chip tunes renditions by an orchestra (never had the honor to hear that live though)

Have fun!

The Three Musketeers are staying in the Theaterhotelet near the venue.

I will fly into Copenhagen on friday ETA 17.05h
Then I will take a bus/train to Malmö, so I can be there around, say, 18.15h. In time for drinks and dinner Very Happy

Girlfriend will make the same trip leaving Ams at 09.35h ETA in Copenhagen at 10.55h.
Sirius is coming by car on friday. ETA unknown

The organisation has not responded on my e-mails so no further action or promotion can be done at the venue. But we sure will have a great time getting together again.
Looking forward to meet CpMonster finally.

I just bought and paid for a ticket at Seat 5.152

It says "Plant Golv" in Swedish, which I believe means plain or flat floor.

Do I need to bring a (tall) chair my self? Smile
