Just to wrap up the thread, the Steaming Soundtracks stream is back up at iTunes!
Also, the folks at Apple have added a new playlist, called "Internet Songs".
This is useful because, if you go to the Radio section, you can find the station, but you cannot save or bookmark it.
Now, when you play a stream, it is copied to your Internet Songs playlist. So when you want to play Streaming Soundtracks the second time, you don't need to search for it again in the Radio category: just go to your Internet Songs playlist... and there it is! 
(Complete with counter that shows how often you have played it.)
